This Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) was carried out on 80 menopausal women aged 40–59 years. The participants were divided randomly into an intervention group (n=40) and a control group (n=40). The results showed that the design and implementation of a Family-Centered Empowerment Model can enhance the health literacy and self-efficacy of menopausal women.
